KMUTT has launched the "Social Lab" initiative as a collaborative learning platform that connects communities with the university. Design to engage with marginalized groups—the people who live at the edges of opportunity, equality, and inclusion in society. The program creates development mechanisms in three key dimensions. First, develop community learning spaces for staff and students to study and understand the dynamics of Thai society and its real-world context. Second, creating a research platform to link problem analysis and genuine community needs to the development of high-quality research and academic work aligned with community contexts. Lastly, transferring technology and innovation that respects and integrates local wisdom with modern STI.
