The Carbohydrate Technology Research Group is a multidisciplinary research unit that integrates expertise from a diverse range of fields, including Biochemical Technology, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology, Analytical Chemistry, and Agriculture. Our Objective Our primary goal is to generate novel knowledge and develop innovative technologies related to starch, flour, and oligosaccharides. We aim to apply these advancements toward sustainable food and non-food applications. Our Core Expertise Includes: - The production, modification, and application of starch and flour. - The development of oligosaccharides from agricultural waste to create value-added products and maximize resource utilization.
