The HDL team recognized that many healthcare workers faced increased risks due to inadequate protective measures during patient interactions, especially in outdoor or semioutdoor settings.

The team designed screening stations that were installed outside hospitals. These structures utilized positive air pressure systems to prevent the spread of infectious particles, offering additional protection for medical staff.
